actions on google - Increase timeout from Webhook response in API.ai -


i trying make multiple api calls response webhook. so, api calls taking more 5 secs getting response.

i have gone through document api.ai , found set timeout 5secs intent request. there way can increase timeout webhook response api.ai?

the timeout not configurable. nature of interaction user conversational , therefore user expects response in timeous manner. long delays confuse users , make them think app unresponsive.

if operation takes longer timeout, consider changing design of conversation, either have user come later or gather other information user while operation completing.
